Hi there,
I was inspired by your title "MiddleAgeShed" where we know it is more difficult to shed those lovely fats at middle age.
It is a great idea to have all relevant information at one location.

I am bummed to find out that this blog doesn't seem to have been active since over two years ago... I have just lost 18 pounds and needed some motiviation to keep up with it. It is Easter and I just packed my baby daughter's (21 years old lol) Easter basket full of goodies and kept something out for me! I won't mention what it was at the risk of spurring on a craving by my suggestion for some other poor soul... but would love to know if anyone else is on a diet in 2009?
