There I was thinking how well I was doing and then I caught myself in the mirror. If ever I needed motivation to keep going that was it! Oh isn't it awful when you are overweight and a mirror does not lie. The great thing was that I didn't get down, I just used it to keep motivated on the diet. I have come along way but I am still not halfway....can't wait to lose the next 5lbs so that I can feel that I over half way there....it will be a great feeling.
Speaking with our coach I learned to take the positive out of the issues - the mirror could have thrown me off track but it didn't, I used it in a positive way to keep the inspiration high.

I love how you turned it around to just stay motivated rather than see the discouragement you were used to feeling.
Inspiring!

Oh I hope so. My most important phrase is do I want that piece of chocolate more than I want to get back into shape...works every time!
