OK, so I knew that I had not been good over my birthday weekend - I knew that I had put weight on. But yikes!
I stood on the scales and I am 4lbs heavier....
Oh dear, I felt quite down about the news. But then I thought, hang on you have not had a real blow out for ages, it was your birthday, you don't see your friends from back home often...come on give yourself a break. Key is getting the diet back on track - and that seems to be a repeated phrase for me at the moment :) - I have been good this last couple of days, so I have 3 key words ringing in my head for the next few days...
