Oh good lord, and hour a day!? I have to quit something to be sure to have an hour every day! It's true though. I started gaining weight back when i went to the "doctor recommended" 1/2 hour 3x week, even though I was eating less!

Now if only the dance studio would offer POLE DANCING classes (lol!) more than once a week...that's an hour I can get behind! (and a heck of an upper body workout!)
