Today
I have been off visiting Phil's Granny in Sussex. She is 96 and gave up
tennis last year when she broke her hip (she did win the point though).
What an inspiration.
She is strong, independent, sharp, and very slim. I asked her how she keeps so fit.
Chocolate, she said!
(Fantastic, I thought...)
Then she explained it to me:
She eats mostly raw foods, cheese, salad, and some bread, along with fruits and natural yogurt. She never eats a whole main course in a restaurant - she goes for a starter, BUT....after each meal (two a day) she eats 3-4 pieces (not bars) of chocolate and thoroughly enjoys it!
