"Thought you might like to see some photos of me from the weekend. I ran a 5 mile course around the grounds of Blenheim Palace (very hilly) for the new children's hospital in Oxford. I was not looking forward to it and I certainly hadn't trained enough for it. But as you can tell from the look on my face at the end, I really enjoyed it and was very pleased with my time. Stay motivated!"
