Since Anna and I have started on this mission - actual date 7th January 2007 my successes are...(in no particular)
1. I have run nearly seventy miles in total! If I hadn't had to come home inbetween that means I would have run to Aberystwyth in West Wales, and then I would have run out of land!
2. I have lost nearly a stone. In the same period last year I put on nearly a stone! (Its the Wiggly busy quarter and the tendency is to rely on takeaways...and chocolate!)
3: I have helped support Anna in her incredible weight loss and hopefully played a part in setting a few other folk on their way.
4: I have really enjoyed making the podcast and look forward to it every week.
5: I have improved my general attitude to food and have eaten healthily more often than I usually would and enjoyed my food much more than I usually would as it has been (generally) guilt free.
6: I have set a goal of running a half marathon and gone out and completed it without compromising my work.
7: I have been on holiday looking and feeling much better and fitter and indeed thinner.
8: I have not given up. I will reach my goal.
