1. Thou shalt not hold meetings that have over 6 people and thou shalt ONLY hold the meeting if there is a decision to be made
2. Thou shalt not speak values if you are not willing to live them.

4. Thou shalt see your role as a leader of talent and aim each day to strengthen the skills of your team.
