My word for 2007

There is a word that keeps entering my mind, and that is "Beyond". I looked up the meaning and it says " outside the scope of, at or at the far side of". I love that idea....let me show you why it is important to me.

To engage people in 2007

1. Go beyond what they expect.
2. Go beyond what you are paid for.
3. Go beyond what is asked of you.
4. Go beyond what the competition are doing.
5. Go beyond your comfort zone.
6. Go beyond your complaint and fix it.
7. Go beyond what others feel is possible.
8. Go beyond another person's faults and see their strengths.
9. Go beyond the 2007 budget and see the dream, the vision.
10. Go beyond motivating, go beyond inspiring aim to ENGAGE
