You are a Star!

Fear, lack of self confidence abound in business. Well, I have to tell YOU that you are a star.

Do you know how I know? Well, you are unique there is no one else like you that means that you ARE special. Each day you are interacting with people, creating a legacy that people will remember you by, each day you bring value. So to achieve the success you want you need to turn that value into a premium personal brand. To build on that uniqueness it helps to think about what value, you give to the world. Write your biography as it stands now and then fast forward 5 years...and write it as if a reporter was talking about your success. Don't be shy use emotional words, and sell all of your achievements.

When you read it think about how that would feel and commit yourself to achieving it be it receiving the mother of the year award, standing ovation as lead in your local play or entrepreneur of the year.

Then think how powerful this would be if you did that with your team - imagine how they would feel if you took the time to talk about how they will create their future, create their success....investment in others leads to high interest in you as a leader.

All humans have fears the key is to use the fear to motivate you rather than stop you. What is it that you would like to be remembered for? What do you want people to feel after being or talking with you?.....Then don't waste time...start today making it happen.
