Here in the UK we are enjoying a bank holiday today. These "bank" holidays are so important in recharging the batteries and also spending time away from work.
B= Be there for your family. Your family needs your time, they support you in your work, these days are your chance to give back to them.
A= Action. Often people are too tired to be active. Don't waste the day, exercise is a great energy provider.
N= Never switch on that blackberry. It is a time to recharge, take it.
K= Know what is important as a leader - that is being fresh at work. So use the time wisely - relax, enjoy, and leave worrying about work to others!
