Widgets for Work

I love widgets and would love to design some for work, for teams. Here are some ideas

  1. What on earth Widget - this would translate any speech made by Execs into day to day language.
  2. What am I striving for Widget - which would bring up my obejctives and how they link to the business aims
  3. Weather Widget - that gives me a temperature reading of employee engagement
  4. Whether Widget - that allows me to put a meeting name in and see the purpose to see if it is worth attending
  5. We Widget - that allows me to put in a person's name and see what their interests are, their personal goals are...so I can connect at a human to human level

What do you think...any ideas out there from this fine community?

How Am I Doing Widget - that gives me specific, data-based feedback whenever I want it.

Love them David! Do you think we can get Google to build them??

I love the widget idea.

How about the Gidget widget for generating ways to work with the next generation in the workplace?

How about the performance feedback widget - the W-I'd-get widget for what I've done?

How about the Digit Widgit to measure how well leadership has their finger on the pulse of the organization?

How about the Fidgit Widgit to measure the uncomfortableness level of people being interviewed for a job?

Okay enough bad rhyme and possibly wasted time. Back to work for me.

Thanks for the window on widgits Anna.
