Steve talks about why companies should be embracing technology, how micro global markets are changing company landscapes, their marketing strategy and gives examples of how companies are connecting their on line and off line brands. Steve recommends the book The World is Flat which is a superb read on how globalisation is changing the world and the rules of business.
