Interesting comment! I have not had chance yet to look at the list but it is on my list of things to do. I find the word obligates, interesting. I am very privileged and honoured to be mentioned on any list....and I thank anyone for providing my blog as a valued resource. I am also very much someone who believes in linking and freely links to other people as a way of helping others - both readers and writers. I am not sure that web 2.0 is about obligation, it is about conversation and freedom of expression. Maybe it is just an unfortunate use of word? I will look at the list later this week when I am back in my office.
