Leadership is crucial to any business, I remember asking how you could become "the perfect leader" to Dad, he smiled and said
"Perfection is a journey not a destination. Just remember one thing and that is - always better being imperfectly perfect rather than perfectly imperfect."
I will always remember those words, after all for leaders - in fact for brands - people connect with personalities. Personalties are all different - there is no perfect formula, all we can hope for is that perfectly imperfect personality!
Maybe business would be better if we understood the difference between perfect but bland and imperfect but real!
