As we all try and engage people with our thoughts, our visions, our brands...I would like to share with you something that Dad said to me
"There is nothing more uncertain than certainty and there is nothing more certain than uncertainty. If you can live feeling comfortable and helping others feel comfortable with those ideas, then you will live well - of that I am most certainly uncertain!"
In these days of mass uncertainty I believe the leaders, the managers, the employees who do well are the ones who embrace it and who use it to create new ideas. Those who fear it, will be controlled by it...that's a certainty!
