Where I say that contentment is underrated, I always argue that satisfaction is overrated.
Contentment is a wonderful balance, happiness is wonderful but in many ways an extreme.
Satisfaction is a word I don't like.....I hate job appraisals or customer feedback forms which talk about how 'satisfied' you are!
To keep on moving forward, to keep on bringing fresh ideas, it is important to never to feel satisfied. In fact if you ever feel satisfied in business it may be time to give up!
For me personally contentment is a goal.....for me professionally satisfaction is a risk to success.
