Success magazine is part of my monthly reading, as much for the uplifting stories to act as an antedote to all the bad news in the world!

This month there was an article on Jeff Bezos of Amazon fame. This week it may be worth us all thinking about Jeff's 3 tips on creating success...

1. You must be willing to fail.
2. You must be willing to think long term.
3. You must be willing to be misunderstood.

All of the above cuts against a humans need for belonging, for being valued....yet what we have to remember is that people love someone who gives it a go, they love working for someone who inspires a better future, they love the feeling that you will catch them if they fall....

Great leaders at any level have the willingness to risk todays reputation, to create something better.....how willing are you?
