We all make mistakes. None of us a perfect.
Today is the anniversary of losing Dad - fantastic mentor to me both in life and in business.
Dad believed that we all had a gift and it is up to us to find it in others. I love this idea.
When we manage people, when we befriend people...it is our role to find the wonderful aspects of their personality and their skills.
And we need to ensure that if we make a mistake or if others make one, then we make good mistakes.
That means
- Learning what went wrong
- Learning what went right
- Learning to accept our imperfections are a step towards finding the right route
