Tomorrow is a new day My Nana used to say when faced with a problem, "Anna, sleep well tomorrow is another day". I agree, the best part of tomorrow is that it is a new dawn, a new slate wiped clean of yesterday's emotion. It reminded me of a quote from John Wayne "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday." Sunday is a great day to think about the success you want to create this week, what atmosphere do you want to create, what do you want to inspire this week?

The Strategic Jigsaw I like to think about strategy as a jigsaw You need a mental picture of what you are trying to achieve and a picture to show other people who you want to help you build the picture. You needs cornerstones. I build a jigsaw from the 4 corners....I build a strategy based on core values. A jigsaw can only be complete with all the pieces. You need to find all the pieces of your team in terms of diversity of thought and skills. A jigsaw has boundaries, a strategy should have boundaries. Boundaries are there as a guide to ensure that you don't stray....that you stay focused on the picture you are trying to create.
