Continuous improvement should be a business strategy not a response to a crisis. What is six sigma? How the process tools of six sigma need a strong leadership lead. Is it risky too accept variation for the customer or should you strive for 100% perfection?
Knowing this is a great help. This situation really occur to anyone's life as being a normal one. Therefore we must accept and concur this.

Thinking BIG, Acting small? I have just delivered a leadership workshop on this concept as so often I see the opposite to be true... Namely when businesses are not firing on all cylinders they are thinking small and acting big. Business needs the people to dream about how they want to create value for others, what legacy they want to create.....business needs you to think BIG. The thinking big creates the picture towards which the team can rally around to deliver....we all need hope, we all need a dream to believe in...don't be scared to THINK BIG and don't hold back in passionately communicating that vision. But business is not just about thinking, it is about delivering. Action determines whether you move towards your dream, action determines whether you deliver your customer what you promise.....all actions are important, small steps create a pathway to big dreams. It is not the big things that people often remember, it is the small unexpected things. So ensure those small actions create big value. And challenge yourself each day, ask " Am I thinking big, communicating with passion....and am I ensuring that I never forget the small actions that mean so much" Or are you just doing your to do list?
