"Law was a window into the moral fabric of the nation".
If law is the moral fabric of the nation, I would argue that
"Social media is a window into the moral fabric of the company"
If you accept that as a principle, then hopefully you can see that it is not what you say, it is not what technology use...it is how you make people feel through your social media interactions.
It is indeed right that social media is a window to the moral fabric of a company. Social media can reflect the kind of company and the manner how it deals with the business. It is like looking at a mirror. Thank you so much for bringing new light to the discussion.
