I feel blessed that I am not a perfectionist in the sense that I will have an idea - give it a go, see if it works ...if not change it, if it does run with it.
Social media therefore for me is like being in my own virtual playroom.
That search for perfectionism is wrong in two key ways...
- Perfection doesn't exist or if it does it is for a fleeting moment
- Nature and the natural world in which we belong does not thrive on perfection but trial and error.
If you accept that perfection doesn't exist then having it as a goal is unrealistic - in my simple mind. Instead so as not to prevent continuous striving.....aim to continually evolve the imperfection!
My dad always said " In life Anna, it is not about the right answer, it is about the right question....search for the perfect imperfection and you won't go wrong"
I believe social media is not about perfection but as Dad said evolving to the "perfect imperfection"
If you are going to be a perfectionist thats fine.....but allow people to collaborate fix the imperfection...
